If you are looking to switch your Bulk SMS Provider or want to try out multiple carriers for your SMS traffic, you have option to whitelist your existing sender id(s) to your new SMS provider. The process is simple, just email below documents to support@w2wts.com and we shall get the same sender ID whitelisted in your W2WTS SMS account as well:

1.       Screenshot of CMS/ESP portal record showing the approved existing sender.

2.       Valid Trade License copy (atleast 1 month validity)

3.       Etisalat’s NOC in case it’s on CMS OR Du Form B in case sender is on ESP account.

4.       POA / LOA if document is not signed by signing authority as  per Trade license.

5.       For promotional SMS, valid MOHAP approval for medical entities /RERA approval for real estate companies will be required.

Once the documents are received and validated at our end, it shall be applied with operator. This whitelisting process may take 2-7 business days. Once done our team shall activate the sender in your account and send an email confirmation for the same.

Hurray!!! You’re all set now to start sending SMS.

Please make sure to create a consent format and keep uploading consents into your CMS/ESP portal.
