A new circulation has been received from UAE giant operator DU on September 1st 2022 towards its ESP(CMS) registration Form with a new category addon considering the Charity Organizations.

Du has updated Form B towards ESP (CMS) Registration and details of the Email are summarized below:

• There is an add-on of  transaction and promotion category for Charity Organizations. 
• Resellers must ensure to circulate new Form B to all your customers for future senders. 
• Any already registered charity related senders needs to be re-registered at ESP (CMS) using the new form.

 In line with the latest update from TDRA, all charities need to register their sender ID’s with AD- for promotions and put the correct category while registrations on ESP/CMS and government exemptions do not apply.

Note: Kindly do not modify the DU form B. Fill it normally as it is a fillable PDF and then print and sign and stamp it or digitally sign the same document. As already highlighted several times, Form B needs to be signed either digitally (verifiable with certificate) or physically scanned directly to PDF in color.
