Process to register New Bulk SMS Sender in UAE – June2023
To register a new bulk sms sender in UAE your brand must either have a CMS account or an ESP account with operator.
CMS stands for Consent Management System, this is Etisalat’s portal while ESP stands for Enterprise SMS Portal created by EITC(DU). These portal are for uploading Senders, Collecting and maintaining customer’s consents for sending SMS in UAE.
You can opt for any of below method to register CMS/ESP account based on documents availability and send the same to W2WTS to start registration process.

Once the required documents are submitted to W2WTS, based on the documents either an ESP or a CMS account is registered and an activation link will be sent to your email id as mentioned in the forms. Please note, in case of Etisalat, Commercial Person will be receiving the CMS credentials and all relation communication by operator while for DU , technical person shall be receiving ESP credentials and all its related communication by operator.
The activation link in Email must be clicked and password must be reset within 48 hours of link generation followed by uploading Sender registration documents on the portal.
Once the account is activated you can either login to portal and self upload the sender documents or inform us so our dedicated team can get the process done for you.
Once senders are uploaded on portal, each sender will generate a unique identifier called Blockchain ID.
Inorder to activate the sender ID into your W2WTS SMS account and start sending SMS, you need to send the blockchain ID on support@w2wts.com along with uploaded documents for us to get the same whitelisted with operator. This process may take 2-7 business days. Once done our team shall activate the sender in your account and sent an email confirmation for the same.

Please make sure to create a consent format and keep uploading consents into your CMS/ESP portal.
